Description
A classic strawberry ice-cream that is so simple enough to make and even more simple to enjoy.
Method
Step 1 of 2
In a large bowl whip the cream until soft peaks form and leave to one side. In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk with the vanilla extract and chopped strawberries.
Step 2 of 2
Now fold both bowls together into a sealable container suitable for freezing. Place in the freezer until hard enough to serve which should take over 3 hours.
