Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Using 1 1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, brush cut sides of rolls. Chargrill cut sides for 1 minute or until toasted.

Step 2 of 4

Heat 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pork, 1/4 cup water and half the sauce and cook for 4 minutes or until warmed through.

Step 3 of 4

Place slaw in a bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Top roll bases with slaw, pork and remaining sauce. Sandwich with roll tops and serve.
