Description
Four ingredients is all you need to make these tasty lamb souvlaki rolls. Ready in just 20 minutes, this recipe is perfect for a speedy midweek lunch or dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook lamb, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes or until just cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm.

Add vegetables to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook pide, cut-side down, for 2 minutes or until charred.
Step 4 of 4
Top pide bases with a little yoghurt, lamb and vegetables. Drizzle with remaining yoghurt and season. Sandwich with pide tops and serve.
