7 Ingredients

  • 1 Toscano Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 1/2 cup Always Fresh Black Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Always Fresh Sundried Tomatoes, strips
  • 1 cup favourite passata
  • 3-4tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, finely grated
  • 150grams fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1cm slices
  • 6 large basil leaves

Method

Step 1 of 7

Preheat Oven: Place x 2 trays (or pizza stones) in the middle of your oven, and preheat to 230°C.

Step 2 of 7

As the oven is preheating, assemble the pizzas. Using a large spoon, add roughly 1 cup of the tomato sauce on one pizza base, leaving a 2/3 cm border on all sides. Use the back of the spoon to spread it evenly and thinly.

Sprinkle half of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese onto the pizza sauce and half of the cubed mozzarella, distributing it evenly over the entire pizza.

Step 4 of 7

Add ½ cup each of the sundried tomatoes and sliced olives.

Step 5 of 7

Repeat with the second pizza base.

Step 6 of 7

Slide the pizza bases onto the oven trays or stones and bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is bubbling and caramelized.

Step 7 of 7

Remove the pizzas from the oven, transfer to a wooden cutting board and serve with fresh basil. Enjoy.
