- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 2teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2teaspoons garlic powder
- 2teaspoons onion powder
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup continental parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery stalks, to serve
- 1 cup carrot sticks, to serve
- 1/2 cup dairy-free unsweetened coconut yoghurt, to serve

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Combine almond milk and vinegar in a large bowl, then stand for 5 minutes. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
Step 2 of 3
Combine flour, paprika and garlic and onion powders in a separate large bowl. Season well. Add cauliflower mixture and toss until cauliflower is well coated. Spray air-fryer basket lightly with oil. Place cauliflower mixture into basket in a single layer (see Tip) and spray lightly with oil. Slide pan and basket into appliance. Cook removing and shaking basket occasionally, for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
Step 3 of 3
Toss cauliflower with buffalo sauce in large bowl. Sprinkle cauliflower with parsley and serve immediately with celery, carrot and yoghurt.
