  • 460grams Woolworths skin-on salmon portions
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths Cajun seasoning
  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 large Hass avocado, diced
  • 1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 50grams Woolworths Greek-style feta, crumbled

Description

Use your air fryer to its fullest potential with this delicious dinner dish. With just six ingredients, it's guaranteed to make the weeknight menu that little bit easier.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat an air-fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C.

Step 2 of 4

Lay salmon on a sheet of foil and fold up the edges. Sprinkle salmon with seasoning, then spray with oil. Place salmon, on foil, in the air-fryer. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until salmon is cooked.

Step 3 of 4

To make avocado salad, combine avocado, dill and feta in a bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Divide salmon among plates. Top with avocado salad. Serve.
