- 200grams round corn chips
- 100grams La Costeña Whole Black Beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup Manchego cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup La Costeña Homestyle Mexican Salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup La Costeña Nachos Pickled Jalapeño Peppers, drained, sliced
- 100grams Sweet Solanato® tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
Description
Get the party started with this simple, flavour-packed nachos, then amp up the fun with your favourite pickled toppings.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chips on prepared tray. Top with beans and cheeses. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden-brown.
Step 2 of 2
Top nachos with salsa and sour cream. Sprinkle nachos with jalapeño, tomato and onion. Season well. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
