Description

This flavourful Asian-style plant-based mince bowl topped with herbs and soft greens is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ginger, garlic and onion and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, for 3 minutes or until browned.

Step 2 of 2

Add sauce and chilli and cook for 1 minute or until heated. Divide rice among bowls. Top with mince mixture, onion, coriander, cucumber, mint, bean sprouts and shallots. Serve.
