  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2teaspoons mild paprika
  • 2tablespoons continental parsley, leaves finely chopped (to serve)
  • tomato sauce (to serve)

Description

Craving hot chips? Skip the deep fryer for these air-fried potato chips. They're a quick and easy homemade snack or perfect crispy side for your burger night.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Place potato, oil and paprika in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

Step 2 of 3

Place potato into air fryer basket. Slide pan and basket into appliance. Set timer for 30 minutes. Cook, shaking pan often, or until golden and cooked.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer chips to a tray. Season with salt, scatter over parsley and serve with tomato sauce.
