- 1tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2centimeters piece ginger, finely grated
- 1/4 cup gochujang chilli paste
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1kilograms free range chicken wing nibbles
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted, to serve
- 1/4 cup peanuts, roughly chopped, to serve
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced, to serve

Description
This easy Korean-style chicken wing recipe is finger-licking good, perfect for entertaining guests! Air-fried chicken wings are coated in a sticky honey-soy sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Toss chicken in cornflour. Shake off excess. Place coated chicken pieces into air-fryer basket in a single layer. Spray with oil.
Step 2 of 4
Air fry chicken at 200°C for 15 minutes or until crisp and lightly golden. Flip chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until lightly golden on second side. Remove cooked chicken and repeat process with remaining chicken.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, to prepare the sauce, heat sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add remaining sauce ingredients and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Step 4 of 4
Return all chicken to air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Toss wings in sauce. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, peanuts and onion. Serve.
