  • 1kilograms frozen Australian corn cobs
  • 450grams Woolworths American-style coleslaw kit
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, cut into cheeks
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Description

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat an air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Place chicken in basket. Slide pan and basket into air fryer.

Step 2 of 4

Cook chicken for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until golden and cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, cook corn in a large saucepan of boiling water for 3 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Step 4 of 4

Prepare salad according to packet instructions. Place chicken, corn and coleslaw on a large serving tray. Sprinkle with spring onion. Serve with mayonnaise and lemon cheeks.
