  • 2tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup rocket leaves
  • 50grams fetta cheese
  • 2 wholemeal wraps
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1teaspoons thyme

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat an oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 6

Lay flat the wrap on the tray and spread with tomato paste.

Step 3 of 6

Top the pizza with cherry tomatoes, feta, ham and thyme.

Step 4 of 6

Crack an egg in the middle of the pizza.

Step 5 of 6

Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the egg is cooked to your liking.

Top pizza with fresh rocket, season with salt and pepper and cut into slices to serve.
