- 1/2 cup Ayam Teriyaki Sauce
- 450grams Microwave White Long Grain Rice
- 1teaspoons olive oil
- 2 Tassal Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon Fillets
- 280grams Simply Cook Sauté Kit Asian Greens (reserve crispy shallots to garnish)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Coat salmon fillets with half of the teriyaki sauce, then place on prepared baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until tender and cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, add oil to a medium saucepan and sauté the Asian greens for 2-3 minutes with remaining teriyaki sauce. At the same time, microwave rice according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice amongst bowls and top with vegetables and salmon. Sprinkle over crispy shallots to serve.
