- 500grams carrots, broccoli & cauliflower
- 500grams salmon fillets, skin on
- 2tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 230°C. Combine sweet chilli and oyster sauces in a bowl. Brush salmon with sauce.
Step 2 of 4
Place veggies on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil and season. Bake for 8 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Place salmon, skin-sides up, on tray with veggies, and spoon over any remaining sauce.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 8 minutes or until salmon skin is crispy and fillets are pink and just cooked.
