  • 1teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • baby bok choy, steamed (to serve)
  • 2tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
  • 1tablespoons ginger, peeled and shredded
  • 3 shallots, finely sliced
  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 1/2tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce salt reduced
  • 1 1/2teaspoons caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat grill on high. Combine soy, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, shallots, coriander and ginger in a jug. Set aside.

Step 2 of 2

Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Grill salmon on each side for 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Place baby bok choy onto serving plates. Top with salmon fillets and spoon over sauce to serve.
