  • 180grams soba noodles, cooked
  • 1/4teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a shallow dish, mix together sweet soy, sesame oil, ginger and chilli flakes. Lay the fish in the marinade, skin-side up, and set aside for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 3 of 3

Place sesame seeds onto a plate. Lift fillets from the marinade and press flesh side down onto the sesame seeds to coat. Transfer to baking tray, skin-side down. Lay asparagus alongside the fish and roast both for 15 minutes, or until done to your liking. Serve fish with asparagus and noodles.
