- 1 red capsicum, seeded, sliced
- 2 large pizza bases
- 450grams mozzarella, sliced
- 5milliliter canola cooking spray
- 50grams baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup tomato passata
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 4 beef sausages

Method
Step 1 of 2
Squeeze meat from the sausage casings and roll in between your hands to form small meatballs. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Spray with oil. Cook meatballs in batches, turning often, for 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside.
Step 2 of 2
Preheat oven to 240°C. Place pizza bases onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread each with passata. Top with mozzarella, capsicum, olives and meatballs. Cook for 10 minutes or until bases are golden and crisp. Top with spinach leaves and serve.
