Method

Step 1 of 2

Using a small knife, cut kernels from 3 sweet corn cobs (about 500g). Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender. Drain well.

Step 2 of 2

Purée 3/4 cup of the cooked corn with 80g ricotta until desired consistency for baby's developmental age. Serve. Note: Serves 12 quarter cup serves for an infant starting on solids.
