  • 40grams parmesan, finely grated

Description

Crispy and satisfying, zucchini chips are a great snack option for kids and are easy to make. These tasty morsels will disappear as soon as they're out of the oven.

Cooking tip:

Want to use an air fryer? Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes, then cook chips, in batches, for 12-15 minutes or until chips are golden and crisp.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Spread zucchini slices on prepared tray in a single layer and spray lightly with oil. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and gently turn over slices.

Step 3 of 3

In a small bowl, toss together breadcrumbs, parmesan and oregano. Season with pepper. Sprinkle mixture over zucchini slices. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden and zucchini are crisp. Serve.
