Description
Make this quick bok choy recipe for an umami-packed side dish to serve alongside dumplings or over steamed rice.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine miso, mirin, sesame oil and 2 tbs water together in a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Heat rice bran oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add bok choy and cook for 2 minutes, turning occasionally, or until wilted. Transfer to a serving platter.
Step 3 of 3
Add miso mixture to pan and swirl for 30 seconds until warm. Pour over bok choy and scatter with sesame seeds to serve.
