- 1 1/4 cup So Good Regular soy milk
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 6 scoop So Good Bliss frozen dessert
- 5milliliter Canola spray
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 300grams frozen raspberries
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 50grams white chocolate (chopped)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place raspberries in a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Place flours and white chocolate in a bowl. Mix together eggs, soy milk and vanilla. Fold into dry mix.
Step 3 of 4
Heat a non-stick frying pan and spray lightly with oil. Add 2 tbs of pancake mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 4 of 4
Serve pancakes with raspberry coulis and So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert.
