Description
Vamp things up on Halloween with this creative cheeseburger recipe that will impress everyone with its spiky cheese fangs.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook rissoles for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
Step 2 of 4
Cut pointy fangs and eyes from cheese slices, then place over beef burgers.
Step 3 of 4
Preheat an oven grill to high. Place burgers on a large tray lined with foil, then grill for 1 minute or until cheese has slightly melted.
Step 4 of 4
Top roll bases with lettuce, tomato, gherkins, rissoles and decorate with sauce. Serve with remaining burger buns to the side.
