- 500grams blueberries
- 1tablespoons white chia seeds
Description
You only need two ingredients for this deliciously sweet homemade jam: blueberries and white chia seeds.

Tip:Store in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator or in a sterilised jar.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Stir blueberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until beginning to soften.
Step 2 of 2
Using a potato masher or fork, roughly mash blueberries. Remove pan from heat and stir in chia seeds. Allow to cool and thicken for 5 minutes before storing or serving (see tip).
