This easy yet impressive vegan Eton mess with its crushed meringue, coconut yoghurt and berries will be a hit at any summer celebration.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Divide coconut yoghurt amongst tall glasses.

Step 2 of 2

Lightly crush the meringues, then press into yoghurt in glasses. Top with berries, passionfruit pulp and toasted almonds. Serve.
