Description

Two ingredients are all you need to make this flatbread recipe. Serve with dips, or try using your flatbread as a pizza base. The possibilities are endless.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine ingredients in a large bowl with a pinch of salt. Using clean hands, mix ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.

Step 2 of 3

Dust a clean work surface with flour, turn out dough and knead until smooth, then form into a ball. Halve ball of dough, then roll each half out to approximately 20cm rounds.

Step 3 of 3

Heat a non-stick frying pan on low-medium heat and lightly grease with extra virgin olive oil. Cook flatbreads for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
