Description
I threw this recipe together as a quick morning snack/ morning tea for my children. I discovered that I loved them just as much as they did!!
Instruction tip
This is such a convenient recipe if you're looking for a filling snack or light meal and haven't got the time to follow traditional tuna pattie recipes.
Method
Step 1 of 7
Start by adding you tuna to a mixing bowl.
Step 2 of 7
Add your 3/4 of a cup of bread crumbs.
Step 3 of 7
Crack your 2 eggs into the ingredients
Step 4 of 7
Add your grated cheese. And mix into a thick paste/ dough.
Step 5 of 7
Shape into balls using your hands and then flatten for frying.
Step 6 of 7
Shallow fry until golden and crispy.
Step 7 of 7
I always cook them for a tad longer than golden as I love them crunchy and crisp. Once they're cooled I like having them as is with fresh lemon and a little salt.
