- 2 tuna in olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 400grams chickpea, drained
- 2tablespoons olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place chickpeas in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add tuna and oil from can, then combine.
Step 2 of 3
Add oats, flour and 1/2 cup water, combine and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Divide mixture into 8 patties. Heat 1 tbs oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook 4 patties for 3 minutes, on each side, or until golden. Repeat with remaining oil and patties.
