- 500grams chicken mince
- 1 potato, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 2teaspoons oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1/2tablespoons ginger paste
- 1/2tablespoons garlic paste
- 1/2tablespoons chilli paste
- 1 coriander, chopped
- 1teaspoons garam masala
- 1 1/2teaspoons salt
- 1teaspoons chilli powder
- 1teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 tomato, pureed

Method
Step 1 of 6
While the onions are cooking, in a bowl, mix mince with chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Add pureed tomato into the pot and cook for further 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 6
Serve with rice.
Step 4 of 6
In a pot, heat oil. Add cinnamon stick and cloves and cook for 30 seconds. Add onions with salt and cook until the onions are nicely caramalised.
Step 5 of 6
Add the mince from Step 2 and potato into the pot with 1 glass water and cook at low heat for about 20 minutes. Add more water if required to adjust consistency.
Step 6 of 6
Once the meat and potatoes are cooked, turn off the stove and add garam masala and coriander.
