- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
- 95grams Woolworths tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/3 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1/4 cup shredded light tasty cheese
- 4 slices Woolworths wholegrain bread
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Your pantry staple just found a new home in this cheesy tuna toastie with light tasty cheese.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Finely chop half of the parsley. Combine tuna, corn, cheese and chopped parsley in a bowl. Season.
Step 2 of 3
Preheat sandwich press or heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray one side of each slice of bread with oil. Place 2 slices of bread, oil-side down on a board. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto bread. Sandwich with remaining bread, oil-side up.
Step 3 of 3
Cook sandwiches in sandwich press for 4 minutes or until golden. Alternatively, cook in a frying pan for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Remove. Stand for 2 minutes to cool. Cut in half. Serve sprinkled with remaining parsley.
