Description
This healthier, speedy tortilla nachos will get the kids' approval at snacktime.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut tortillas into triangles and spread in a single layer on prepared tray.
Step 2 of 3
Top tortilla triangles with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until tortilla begins to brown on the edges and cheese is golden.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer tortilla triangles to a small serving dish. In a small bowl, mix together beans, avocado, tomato, onion and coriander. Top tortilla triangles with bean mixture. Serve.
