- 200grams kids beef & vegetable mini ravioli
- 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2tablespoons finely grated parmesan
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 1/3 cup passata
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
Description
Pop kids' beef and vegetable mini ravioli in the air fryer to create a deliciously simple snack.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place egg in a shallow bowl. Place breadcrumbs and parmesan in a separate bowl. Season with pepper and mix to combine. Toss ravioli in egg, then drain. Transfer ravioli to breadcrumb mixture and press to coat.
Step 2 of 3
Place ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer. Spray lightly with oil. Cook for 8 minutes, removing and shaking basket halfway through cooking, or until golden. Repeat with remaining ravioli.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce. Serve ravioli chips with pasta sauce and sprinkled with basil.
