- 1teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 8 gherkins, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 punnet punnet dill, finely chopped
- 2tablespoons capers, rinsed, chopped

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and 1 tbs lemon juice in a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Stir in gherkins, onion, dill and capers. Season.
