  • 1teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 8 gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 punnet punnet dill, finely chopped
  • 2tablespoons capers, rinsed, chopped

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and 1 tbs lemon juice in a bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Stir in gherkins, onion, dill and capers. Season.

Step 3 of 3

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop before serving.
