  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 1/2teaspoons ginger, finely grated
  • 1teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch pepper (to season dressing)
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup light Greek yoghurt (standard greek yoghurt can substitute)
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place light Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, tahini, honey and finely grated ginger and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 3

Finely shred each red and green cabbage into a large bowl and julienne apple into a large bowl. Add chopped chives and toss to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Drizzle over dressing. Toss to combine. Serve. Note: Julienne means slicing them into small, square strips.
