Description

Smothered in a sweet, sticky sauce, these pork ribs are a mouthwatering addition to any BBQ.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place ribs into a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until just cooked. Drain and cool.

Step 2 of 3

Preheat a hooded barbecue on medium heat or preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper. Whisk sauces, sugar, vinegar, mustard, paprika and cumin in a bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Place ribs into pan. Pour half the sauce over ribs, turning to coat. Cover pan with foil, place in barbecue and close lid or place in oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 30 minutes, basting with sauce every 10 minutes, or until golden and sticky. Cut into smaller portions and serve with remaining sauce.
