  • 1tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons paprika
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Gas 6). To make the sauce, put the honey, mustard, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, paprika, and olive oil in a bowl. Season generously with salt and black pepper, and mix well.

Step 2 of 2

Smother the ribs with the sauce, then sit them in a roasting tin and cook for 25-30 minutes until well charred. Serve with pitta bread and a crisp green salad.
