- 1/4teaspoons vanilla paste
- 1/4teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoons cocoa
- 1/3 cup pitted dates

Step 1 of 3
To make nice-cream, blend frozen bananas in food processor on medium speed for 3 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to scrape down sides. Scoop out puréed banana into an airtight container and freeze until firm.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, soak dates in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Blend hot water and dates for 2 minutes in a food processor on low until smooth. Add cinnamon, cocoa and vanilla. Blend for 1 minute to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Serve scoops of nice-cream topped with warm date sauce and sprinkled with shredded coconut.
