  • 120grams baby spinach leaves
  • 2 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 free range eggs
  • 200grams cheddar, finely grated
  • 2 cups Macro Organic self-raising flour
  • 1teaspoons sea salt flakes
  • 1teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 stalks kale
  • 1/3 cup sour cream, to serve
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Description

Up your bread game with this tasty loaf that's filled wth spinach, kale and creamy cheddar cheese.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a loaf pan (13.5x26.5cm, 6.5cm deep) with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Add spinach, onion, milk, oil and eggs to a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer mix to a large bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Add cheddar, flour, salt and paprika and mix until just combined. Transfer mixture to prepared tin. Press pieces of kale into loaf. Loosely cover with foil.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 55 minutes, removing foil in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Allow to cool in tin before slicing and serving with sour cream and sweet chilli.
