- 325grams Rana spinach & ricotta tortellini
- 300milliliter passata cooking sauce
- 60milliliter milk
- 10 basil leaves
- 60milliliter extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 1/4teaspoons pepper (to taste)
- Zaneti Grana Padano cheese (to serve)
Description
In three steps and 20 minutes, you’ll end up with easy, delicious spinach and ricotta tortellini in a creamy tomato sauce. A sure hit with the family.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook Rana Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini 325g following the instruction on pack.
Step 2 of 3
In the meantime heat the passata cooking sauce with half of the basil leaves and milk on a low heat for 10 minutes; season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce becomes too thick, loosen it with a few tablespoons of the Tortellini cooking water.
Step 3 of 3
Drain the Tortellini and season with half of the extra virgin olive oil. Pour the tomato sauce evenly between two plates and top it with the cooked tortellini. Drizzle the dishes with the remaining oil, season with pepper and sprinkle with a generous amount of Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
