Spicy Korean Carrot Salad, or so it's called where I come from.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Dice your onion, cook in butter on low to medium heat until softens and becomes translucent.

Step 2 of 3

Julienne your carrots (or use already sliced one from woollies) and mince your garlic.

Even though it may seem like a lot of carrots, it will half in size once marinated.

Step 3 of 3

Add all the ingredient together (including all the remaining ones) and let it marinate for 5 min.
Instruction tip

Start with less sugar, pepper and vinegar and add more to your taste.
