  • 500grams cans tuna, drained, 2 x 250 cans
  • 4tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2tablespoons celery, sliced
  • 1/4teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices pumperknickel bread
  • 3 sprigs watercress
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Flake the tuna in a bowl, then mix together with the mayonnaise, celery, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion and lemon juice.

Step 2 of 3

Arrange the slices of cucumber on the pumpernickel, then top with the tuna mixture. Top with a few sprigs of watercress.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with lemon wedges.
