- 200grams oak smoked salmon
- 1 large avocado, pitted
- 3tablespoons lemon juice, divided
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 60grams radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2teaspoons chilli flakes
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 pinch black pepper
Description
Malty rye bread, creamy avocado and lemony cucumber work perfectly with smoked salmon and a little chilli kick.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Scoop the avocado into a bowl, add half the lemon juice and mash.
Step 2 of 3
Mix the cucumber ribbons and sliced radishes in a bowl with the remaining lemon juice.
Step 3 of 3
Spread the avocado on 4 slices of rye, top with a pinch of chilli flakes and black pepper, slices of salmon and the lemony vegetables. Press another slice of rye on top of each, slice and serve.
