  • 6 Woolworths crusty jumbo lunch bread rolls
  • 800grams Woolworths potato, egg & bacon salad
  • 1 cup Woolworths shredded tasty cheese, roughly chopped
  • 290grams Woolworths Italian salad kit
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped (to serve)

Description

Potato salad like you've never seen it before. These rolls filled with baked potato salad and cheese will be an instant hit. Perfect for an easy dinner.

Tip:
Use removed bread and tops to make breadcrumbs. Store in the freezer until ready to use.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 4

Slice 2cm off tops of rolls. Remove bread from centre of rolls, leaving 1cm border. Place rolls on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until rolls are crisp.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place potato salad and half of the cheese in a large bowl and stir to combine. Divide potato salad mixture among hollowed rolls. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare salad kit according to packet instructions. Sprinkle rolls with parsley and serve with salad.
