- 1 red chili, finely sliced
- 625grams raw jumbo prawn, peeled and deveined
- 2teaspoons fresh ginger root, grated
- 2teaspoons salt
- 1tablespoons fenugreek leaves
- 1tablespoons lemon juice

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet, add the onions, curry leaves, and nigella seeds and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Add the chili and prawn and fry, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes. Add the ginger and salt and fry, stirring, for another minute or until the prawn turn pink and are just cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Finally, add the fenugreek leaves and lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve hot with warmed white bread.
