Method
Step 1 of 2
Prepare your salsa by chopping the onion and tomato into fine pieces. Mix the tomato and onion in a bowl with the oil, salt and pepper and set to one side.
Step 2 of 2
Remove the pip from the avocado and take the flesh from the skin. Mash the avocado with a fork in bowl and set to one side. Layer the bread with the smashed avocado and salsa.
