- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 450grams tomato sauce, trimmed and diced

- 220grams green chillies, diced
- 450grams kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 450grams black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1tablespoons brown sugar

Description
This rich, hearty and healthier turkey chilli is so full of flavour and requires minimal effort.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Set the slow cooker to low. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the turkey mince and onions for 5 minutes until golden. Tip in garlic and taco seasoning and stir fry for 30 seconds. Transfer to the slow cooker.
Step 2 of 2
Put everything else in the crock pot and stir thoroughly. Cook 4 to 6 hours. Serve with sour cream, cheddar and green onions if desired.
