Description
This delicious and healthy salmon dish looks very luxurious but it is actually very simple to prepare.
Method
Step 1 of 3
In a small bowl, mix the creme fraiche and 1/3 of the green onions. Season with salt and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
On top of parchment paper, lay half of green onions and half of the lemon slices. Top with salmon fillets and season with salt. Top with the rest of the lemons and green onions.
Step 3 of 3
Place the parchment paper in the slow cooker. Arrange the baby potatoes on the side of fish. Pour the water and white wine on the side of the slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 hour or until the salmon is cooked. To serve, top the salmon with creme fraiche sauce. Serve the potatoes on the side. Garnish with more green onions and lemon slices.
