Description

This slow braised red cabbage soaks up all the flavours of the spices, orange and honey in the slow cooker.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the red cabbage, onions and apples in the slow cooker. Add the cinnamon stick, mixed spices and orange zest, pour over the juice, vinegar and honey and mix well.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
