Description
The classic dessert gets a modern makeover. This Rum and raisin pudding recipe is cooked in a slow cooker. The results will amaze you.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease bowl of a 5.5L slow cooker. Add bread and raisins, then toss to combine.
Step 2 of 3
Whisk eggs, cream, milk and rum together in a large bowl. Pour cream mixture over bread mixture. Sprinkle over cinnamon. Place a clean tea towel over top of bowl, then secure with lid and cook on low for 4 hours.
Step 3 of 3
Stand pudding for 15 minutes, then serve topped with ice-cream.
