  • 1teaspoons all spice
  • 500grams beef mince
  • 1tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 6tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1teaspoons honey

Description

These hearty and comforting meatloaf is deliciously tender cooked in the slow cooker.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and allspice and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2 of 3

Place the beef mince in a large bowl, tip in the onions. Tomato puree, mustard, parsley, egg and half a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and mix well to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Form the mix into a long loaf and place into the slow cooker. Mix the ketchup, honey and rest of the Worcestershire sauce and glaze the meatloaf. Place the lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. Slice and serve.
