Description
Simple slow cooker banana bread is the ultimate tea time treat the whole family will love.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease the slow cooker basin with a little butter, add a layer of foil and parchment paper and grease it.
Step 2 of 3
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave. Pour into a large bowl and mix in the sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir in the mashed bananas and fold in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon. Stir in the pecans.
Step 3 of 3
Tip the batter into the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Cook on low for 4 hours. Let stand with the lid on and the power off for 10 minutes before serving.
